Shin's Family Martial Arts Self Defense Tae Kwon Do Center's fitness camp counselors will teach your child beginning Gymnastics (trampoline and tumbling), basic martial arts and self-defense (mixed martial arts) techniques, karate dance a mixture of gymnastics & martial arts aka Xtreme Martial Arts or Hollywood martial arts along with other health and fitness related activities.
