Kick and Flip is our entry level program for students interested in learning the fundamentals of acrobatic martial arts, also known as “tricking.” This program will focus on combining martial arts techniques with basic tumbling skills such as cartwheels, forward rolls, and handstands. Students who excel in this program will be exposed to more advanced forward and backward tumbling techniques like front/back walk-overs, front/back handsprings, kip ups, and aerials.
